Our Commitment to You
At Vogue Walls, every mural and wallpaper is made to order — crafted specifically for your space. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, but we are fully committed to making sure your wall looks perfect. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Damages & Production Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue caused by us, contact us within **7 days of delivery** and we will:
- Reprint and send you a replacement at no cost
- Correct any production error on our end
To submit a claim, email us at voguewallsca@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue. We review every claim promptly and will do our best to get a resolution to you as quickly as possible.
Custom Murals & Custom-Made Wallpaper
All of our products are custom-made to your exact specifications. Because each order is produced exclusively for you, **we do not accept returns or issue refunds** — including for change of mind or design choices made during the ordering process.
Please note: We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We strongly recommend double-checking your dimensions before placing your order, and ordering a sample first to confirm colors and material.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us immediately at voguewallsca@gmail.com. We will reprint and reship the correct item at no charge.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:
- Custom murals and custom-made wallpaper
- Sale items
- Gift cards
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please note that under EU consumer law, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from this cooling off period.
